Sciflyer remind me a lot of Spacemen 3 or Sonic Boom stuff. Kinda indie psych with nice floating sounds, dreamy sphere, a bit too ambient for my taste. Guys are from Sacramento, California. Pretty British sound for US band.

First solo project of HFOS singer - Sir Henry Fiat's Bastard. Well, apple doesn't fall far from the tree. So what we have here is (thank Satan) more or less similar stuff like his "mother" band. 6 very fast politically uncorrect-correct trash punk with no trash production. If you don't understand this review, then you must buy this EP. But also if you understand this review, you should buy this EP. All 6 songs are real killers, but my faves are "Old Sparky", "George W Bush Is A Fucking Hippie" and "Your Mom Is A Fucking Mongo". EP is packed in really cool poster sleeve and it had inner sleeve. Ken Rock was very professional this time, I'm getting worried (hahaha). Well, it's probably the only label you should subscribe for records - they are all simply great.

In the beginning of 21st century, girls of age between 15-17 die from unknown reason. Just before they die they go extreme happy "near death happiness syndrome". After death they come back as zombies - or as they call them "Stacy". There is also homage to Romero and his zombie movies - special squad that is killing Stacies is called Romero. Great special effects - lot of blood and insides, all done in details. Japanese girls did really great role as zombies - never seen better. Funny, very bloody and strange movie at the same time.

Fast garage trash from Holland. After lot of gigs it's time for new Stilletos album. 12 new angry and trashy songs and still no bass player, well they say 'bass players suck anyway'. Still I think they should have one more instrument (maybe 1 more guitar), 'cos I really miss it. Maybe live it's not necessary, but studio records, should be a bit different. Live energy disappears when you get a piece of metal (vinyl) in your hands. Mouth harp is good idea, but maybe they should use it more often. Anyway, I'm making this review too complicated already. It's a good album, but it needs just a bit more to be great - one more instrument (hahaha).
