Mystechs are 2 guys who are making some kind of joke different kinds of music - gangsta rap, country, electro breakdance and alternative rock. Kinda Ween or modern Frank Zappas or Residents. You may think they're funny, but I find it a bit boring. By the way I like breakdance and gangsta rap and I'm too stupid for their intellectual jokes about it.

Fantastic band from US, San Francisco. They mixed all my fave bands in their own style: New York Dolls, MC5, Sweet, Slade, Sex Pistols, Suzi Quatro, Joan Jett. Very loud heavy guitar riffs, punk rockin'' attitude with nice leads and fantastic songs. Raw girl vocal gives it all special touch. 12, bit old fashioned songs, done really cool with great early 70s style production. My faves are: "My My My", "Gimme Somethin' ", "She's In Love With You" (Thin Lizzy?), "So What If I Am?"...

| NEURON NEST "DOLLS OF A DIFFERENT KIND" CD

Neuron Nest play some kind of experimental minimal band with pretty old fashioned and a bit psychedelic sound. Their music reminds me of Tuxedo Moon and Snake Finger, but also White Noise and their legendary 1st album. There are also some modern trip hop moments. Of course this is just simple said. Neuron Nest definitely have their own sound, pretty cool to me.

Pink Swords play some kinda punk - not really trashy, pretty fast, not really poppy, it's no hardcore, ... Imagine Hives without 60s influence. Screamy vocal with fast and hard songs. I can't say I like it, but I can't say I don't like it, or it's just good - Pink Swords have something.

Porn is super heavy stoner rock, very distorted and disformed. Very strong underground sphere with dark and psychedelic moments, pretty occult and satanic. You must be in a special mood for Porn and you have to give them some time. When that happens, they will simply blow up your brains with their weird, dark, occult, psychedelic nightmare.
