CHILI COLD BLOOD "ROCK'N'ROLL MOTHERFUCKER REDUX" CD, Shake Your Ass Records 2005
Unfortunatelly people from Shake Your Ass Records burned this CD on too high speed, so it doesn't play good in my CD player. After 3rd song I couldn't hear anything. It's pitty cos it sounds pretty good, what I could hear. Dirty r'n'b, played very primitive and raw.

DENNIS MOST AND THE INSTIGATORS "YOU TALKIN' TO ME?" CD, Red Lounge Records + "I'M NOT DEAD YET" CD

"You Talkin' To Me?" is compilation of all studio recordings by Dennis Most And Instigators from 1978-1983. Songs are put on CD in hronological way by different studios where the band recorded. This is top US kbd punk. Great sound quality from original analogue masters, without being remastered. Great raw fat sound I love - I hate remastering of old recordings.
"I'm Not Dead Yet" are the newest recordings - new songs + new versions of old Instigators songs + 3 covers: "Teenage Head" (Flamin Groovies), "Down On The Street" (Stooges) and "Angela" (Pagans). As the title says, Dennis Most is not dead yet and he still rocks with the Instigators - maybe better than ever. Songs are in proto punk/punk style - somewhere between Stooges and Pistols with lot of US punk spices. Loud, dirty and very raw.

DESTRUCTION UNIT "DEATH TO THE OLD FLESH" CD, Empty Records
Destruction Unit are one more fraction of Lost Sounds. More or less this is in the same style - as they say - apple doesn't fall far from the tree. 80s trash new wave punk with screamy vocals and here and there atonal melodies. Pretty fast almost hardcore trash punk + screaming and squeezing synth sounds that hurt your ears. Mainly male vocal, but also few songs with girl vocal. Great album! In my opinion Destruction Unit could also do this as new Lost Sounds album as it sounds pretty much in the same style.

DIRTY BURDS S/T CD, Tinnitus Records 2006
I thought Dirty Burds didn't exist anymore. I think I saw their 45 last time somewhere end 90s and I think I have 2 of their 45s in my collection. This is Dirty Burds newest album released on their own label. It's great surprise. Unfortunatelly only 5 songs, but all 5 great. Inspired by Runnaways, 77 punk and 60s garage. This CD is actually less garage then their early 45s. But for me this is OK, cos I think this fits them better. I don't know why it's a self release, I'm surprised if no label wanted to do it! But maybe the girls wanted it this way? I hope this will be also released on vinyl. Very wild, primitive, raw punk you must have in your collection.
