All girl garage punk attraction from UK. This CD contains their 1st 2 singles - 1st one sold out, 2nd one probably also sold out. Also there is one extra track. This is the 1st time for me to hear this band. Pricillas are punk answer to 60s bands like Shangri-la's or 80s bands like Bangles. Songs are poppy and catchy with distorted and fuzzed guitars. Priscillas go on where Pandoras and Headcoates stoped.

As you already know Hosenfefer are from Kosovo, Serbia and they play manic, hard and dirty garage punk. This CD is slightly different. These are live recordings with Psycho-Sonic Boris on vocal. 10 songs - covers of garage punk classics. Great sound quality, sounds better than some bands that recorded their stuff in studio. Psycho-Sonic Boris is great singer. As I already said, you get 10 covers of 60s garage classics: Psycho, Strychnine, The Witch, Dirty Robber... What I like about this CD is that they didn't try to get the 60s sound. They are new band and they do this in hard punk rockin' style that I love. I think this is one of the best bands around at the moment. So contact these guys and order their stuff!!
When you see Hosenfefer DVD, you'll like them even more. Picture and sound quality are really good and guys kick ass live. It's recorded in small bar, I guess in a basement. It's also recorded with few cameras, so it looks really professional. I guess DVD with Psycho-Sonic Boris is recorded same day and it's as great as Hosenfefer DVD. These guys really kicked garage classics straight into balls.

Radical is new band of Gabrihell from Motosierra. This CD is actually tribute to 80s and 90s punk bands from Uruguay. Radical is metalic hardcore punk - very fast and raw, but yet melodic enough. SUPER! I really like this CD, but I would like to hear band's own work!

Rainy Day Saints have that nice typical American sound like Byrds, 70s/early 80s power pop bands. Of course Rainy Day Saints have a bit tougher indie flavored sound (think early R.E.M. stuff). 11 songs, bunch of nice melodies, jangly guitars and vocal harmonies. Weird cover of "Sonic Reducer" (Dead Boys) - slowed and dark. Album starts pretty sunny and poppy and ends pretty dark. Great one!!

Los Raw Gospels are back, this time with 4 track 7"EP. Killer trash punk blues. 2 guitars and drums - one guitar plays deep chords what gives Los Raw Gospels unique sound. Wild primitive and super raw. Bad production, but can you imagine this band with hi-fi stereo sound? All 4 songs kick ass!!! I only miss a bit of insanity from their demo CD.
