This is what I call rock and roll - music your parents will never like. Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13 are so ugly, they curse all the time, they play loud and have real great songs. If you smelt Cramps, Dwarves, Misfits, Alice Cooper & GG Allin into one band and add something from planet 13 you'll get Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13. I like it so much that I play this record every day at least once. "Mr. Motherfucker" opens this record and first words you hear are "Fuck you!!!!". So if you don't like it from the start - fuck you!!! "Twist My Sister" is a little bit hard core, "Die My Bride" sounds a bit like early Alice Cooper. "Screwdriver" is one of my favorites - 
"Take a screwdriver. Ram it in your head
 Screwdriver, screwdriver, screwdriver"
"Rambo" is just one more politically incorrect punk rock song. "Full Metal Jackoff" has great guitar riff which moves your ass. "Crossdressing God Damn Son Of A Bitch" and lines:
"I wear lipstick and I wear a dress
 High heels
 I stand when I piss"
are enough to invite them to Jerry Springer show - ha ha ha!!! "I Don't Wanna Be Your Friend" is great song - The Dwarves wouldn't be ashamed of it. Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13 drive so mad through "S.T.D.s", "Motel Killafornia" & "She's A Man". "Going To Hell" closes this great LP on the best possible way. This is my next favorite song (together with "Screwdriver"). It's head banging rocking punk, very simple and straight to the point - 
"Yeah, I'm sinning every day
 the good ol' christian way
 I pray to god and to heaven
 no thanks
 I'll go the other way
 and I'm ...
 going to hell"
So go to hell and don't forget to take this record with you.
 

Gee Strings are great glam/77 style punk with great female vocal. "Wanna Buy A Boyfriend" opens this record with great guitar riff & catchy chorus. "Paranoia" & "The Blue Attack" are great punk songs. "Sister Damned" & "Second To None" are more rockin'. "Second To None" is one of my favorites. Gee Strings have great solo guitar which fills & pumps & makes their songs sound so great. "Stereotyped" is definitely Gee Strings best song - it's also on their 7". "Stereotyped" starts like "Pretty Vacant" rip off, but when punk'n'roll guitar starts to drive, you can't sit anymore - you have to pogo. Ingi sings great and she is one of my favorite female singers. Anyway, pogo continues through "Burnt Myself". "Cherry Bomb" is great glam punk Runaways' cover - also one of my favorites - you know that great chorus "ch-ch-ch...cherry bomb"!!! A side is great, but B side is even better. All songs are real killers & Gee Strings are really great. This LP is recorded in Holland, so I hope they'll come to tour here too.
 
 

I really miss Teengenerate, but here are The Havenots trying to replace them, and they are pretty good - it's a bit more garage punk than punk, but we have 2 trashy punk pieces. I like b side just a little bit more than a side. Japanese bands rule!!! I heard these guys have LP too, I must get that record!!!!
 

If you think that Hellacopters 1st LP is their best record - Hellride is something for you (of course other Hellacopters albums suck). This 4 song ep is so full of high energy speed, gasoline, so just play it as loud as you can and ride straight to hell!!!
 

Unfortunately Los Huevos don't exist anymore. This 7" is great piece of trash punk. It's not like Rip Off Records bands. It's more 80s with slight new wave touch. "Maserati" is Crime cover. Everything is recorded very lo-fi, but sound quality is great. Los Huevos rock and I hope their new bands & projects will be even great.
