Distorted organ French punk killer. Imagine Billy Childish with nice beat, erotic voice and great Booker T. on organ. I don't know who is Marcel Bontempi, but he doesn't appear on b side. That was a little disappointment. But Montesas are great and strange garage band. They have different style very difficult to compare with any other band. Their songs are mid tempo freakbeat filled with nice keyboard. I highly recommend this 7".
 

The Paranoiacs are mid 80s garage punk band from Belgium. Somewhere in july 1986 they recorded 8 song demo. On this ep you can hear 4 of them. Paranoiacs sound like the best garage punk bands from 80s & it's pity that after 14 years they finally got chance to release these recordings. On this 7" 3 songs are covers: "I Need You", "Potato Chip" "Farmer John". "I Know A Boy" is Paranoiacs song & it's also great just like covers they did. I really hope that the other 4 songs will also be released soon. It would be pitty to wait another 14 years, cos Paranoiacs really rock!!!
 
 

The Peeps are all girl punk band. Their music is lo fi 77 style punk. They sound very primitive and that's what I always like. "Ballad Of The Last American Rock Band" is supposed to be a hit, but I prefer b side & songs "Theme" & "Don't Care". These are more rockin'.
 

Rock'n'Roll Stormtroopers are very good punk'n'roll band in 77 style with small touch of Ramones & 70s New York punk scene. "I'm A Rebel" 7"ep is very melodic & catchy. Every song is punk hit & when you put this 7" on your turntable you must hear it more than once. Songs "Bulldozers (On The Loose)" & "I'm A Rebel" sound bit like glam rock, but you can also say oi punk. These 2 songs are my favorites & I play them very often.
 

This is probably 2nd Rock'n'roll Stormtroopers 7". "Hanging Out With The Boys" is also great song with very melodic chorus and guitar work just the way I like. Musically this 7" is slightly different from "I'm A Rebel" EP. Songs are bit faster (specially b side - I Love It/B.O.Y.). I hope they will release LP soon. I can hardly wait.
