ONE MAN SHOW LIVE
IT DON'T MATTER 7"EP
Call And Response Records 2001
Here is 1st One Man Show Live 7"EP. It's bluesy trash punk on their own weird way. One Man Show Live sound like weird and trashy
Jon Spencer Blues Explosion on this 7". "It Don't Matter" has great lyrics. "Whatcha Gonna Do About It?" is wild, while "Ladies And
Germs" is more blues with nice Hammond organ. Furious "Theme From One Man Show Live" closes this 7". Try to find it and enjoy it.

RADIO REELERS
RADIO FEELIN'/LET'S HAVE A PARTY/NO RESPECT 7"EP
Zaxxon Virile Action
Radio Reelers kick ass!!! "Radio Feelin' " is super catchy and fast punk and roll loaded with energy and what else I can say about this
r'n'r madness - it just drives you mad. On side B there is super fast and ass kicking punk'n'roll cover of "Let's Have A Party". If you
expected something different from their 3rd track, you're very wrong - hee hee. Radio Reelers didn't change a bit and why should they - punk'n'roll is
definitely the best they know and I love it. Gimme more Radio Reelers and I won't miss Devil Dogs.

RAMONES
TEENAGE LOBOTOMY LP
I don't know how rare these Ramones demos, out takes and live recordings are, but I didn't have them yet. I'm always a bit skeptical about
all these demo and live bootlegs because of their mostly bad sound quality. But that's not the case with this record. You get 19 great songs -
3-4 songs I hear for the first time and one of them ("Yea Yea") is a real killer. I enjoyed all these "new" versions, all songs are from their
early (best) period. And not to forget it's on great heavy red spotted vinyl. What else can I say but - Gabba Gabba Hey.

ROCK'N'ROLL CLASS
ROCK'N'ROLL CLASS/SEE THAT FARM/RURAL GUITAR 7"EP
Hate Records
Rock'n'Roll Class is Italian 77 style punk and they really sound like 77 is here. I think they could be a bit more modern. "Rock'n'Roll
Class" is good song, but I like other 2 songs more - "See That Farm" and "Rural Guitar".

THE ROSETTES
ENCHANTMENT UNDER THE SEA LP
Stereodrive!Rec.
I think Rosettes are from Germany and this is their 1st record I have in my hands and it sounds really great. They have the usual punk rock
line-up: guitar, bass, drums (all played by The Rosette brothers) and Betty Brat on vocal. I love how Betty sings - Betty has guts and she
is definitely one of my favorite female singers. Her voice is raw and punk. She has her style and it's not comparable to any other female
singers. Rosettes' music is somewhere between 77 punk and power pop, but played with late 90s metallic punk sound (Zeke, Nashville
Pussy). Songs are pretty catchy. "Listen To Your Ass" is short intro that opens this album followed by great and furious "Chucky's
Bride". "A Perfect Love Affair" is great power pop with catchy chorus - this song sounds like great hit. "Fuck You!" (great title) is more
glam punk and also pretty catchy. "Ready To Burnout" is great furious song again. Unfortunately A side ends with some shitty and boring
ballad with male vocal in indie rock style. Unbelievable, but it sounds like completely different band. I don't know why they put this song
on record. "Dangerzone" has great guitar riff and sounds like trash punk Runaways. "Devil's Triangle" could be on GG Allin's
"Brutality And Bloodshet For All" LP. It's great and it's one of my favorite songs from this LP. "No More Excuses" is sonic fast r'n'r, very
catchy. "Bus NO. 15" is nice and rockin' glam punk with honky tonk piano. The Rosettes have great production too and that makes this
record even more enjoyable. I also like Johnny Rosette's guitarwork and concrete strong rhythm section. The rosettes go on rockin' through
"Lock'n'Loll" - the title says it all. "Texel Is The Reason" is nice surf punk instro, well a bit different than the rest of the record, but it fits
pretty good as closing track. If there was any way to delete last song from A side, this would be genius record. Anyway, if you see it - buy
it.
